Healthy Dry Fruit Laddoo For All

These dry fruit laddoos are very testy and high in protein,fibre,magnesium,calcium and many more nutrients.

These laddoos helps us to improve immunity,weight gain,muscle strength.

INGREDIENTS-Almonds-100gm,Cashew(kaju)-100gm,cardamon(elaichi) powder-1 tablespoon, Jaggery powder-200gm,Dates-250gm,raisin-9 or10

PROCEDURE-

1)Add almonds,cashew,cardemon powder,raisin in grinder and grind them.

2)After grind all these item remove in a large bowl and remove seed from the dates. Grind in small

quantity in grinder.

3)Add all these items in one bowl and mix it properly.

4)Make small laddoos from it.
